Small Business Internship Program

Applies to: All of Canada

You could get up to $10,000 to hire a post-secondary student for a 12-week internship to work on information and communications technology projects. You could benefit by getting help with e-business projects, while giving the student valuable work experience.

You need to:

Be a Canadian, for-profit business
Have less than 500 employees
Have been in business for at least one year
Pay 25% of the intern's wages and related costs
Have a website that you want to improve

Other conditions apply.

Applications for 2011 are no longer being accepted. The next application cycle begins in April 2012.
